Our Zumba classes are guaranteed to challenge your body and give you the energy needed for your fitness journey.
When circuit training is alternated with strength training exercises and aerobic activities, you get two great workouts in one! We will combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout!
You can burn 400 to 600 calories in a variety of classes!
Expect the unexpected in these 60-minute, full-body boot fitness classes packed with lots of variety and tons of fun!
Classes are Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
